Ackerman's application Declined without explanation
I am so so sooo disappointed with Ackerman's. I've been their loyal customer ever since i can remember cause thats where i buy my siblings clothes at. So last week Wednesday (12-02-19) i went to their branch in Clearwater mall to open up a store account and i had on me all the necessary documents (id..3 months bank statement and my pay slip) but i left there disappointed as i got declined and via useless SMS that doesn't even explain why my application was denied! "Dear Kgalema Godfrey Paledi, unfortunately your Ackerman's application received declined was declined, Ref ********** 4. Tel ***"
Thats it. So I'd like to know why my application was declined because.
Disappointed customer!
