Ackermans and tenacity is incompetant.

Ackermans overall employe *********** debt collectors. No ons answers a phone to clear up unnecessary issues which gives you as client a bad credit score, I paid 7000 in November which was more than 80% of my amount on credit. No ons replies on emails and no ons answers if windhoek ackermans calls. They also have the proof of payment but still no ons is doing their job. Please learn from my mistake do not open an account at Ackermans especially when you are from Windhoek Namibia. This is not the first second or third time.
