Ackermans and Tenacity

Tenacity called me three months ago. They offered me an Ackermans account. It was approved. I was told to submit three months payslips. I even received a statement! I went to Ackermans to get my card and they informed me that they did not receive a reference number from Tenacity. I resubmitted my three months payslips. I haven't heard anything from Tenacity or Ackermans again?! I've tried calling them several times. At one time I actually waited for 10 minutes!!!! I haven't spoken to anyone since they initially called me to offer me the account. The manager at Ackermans Kollonade called Tenacity and also waited 10-15 minutes before someone answered and asked them to resubmit. How do I get through to Tenacity?! Their service is pathetic (or rather their lack thereof). I cannot get through to ***. I feel that Ackermans is not being helpful enough.
