Ackermans and Pep at fault

I'm trying to open an Ackermans Account. At first I was advised that due to a credit issue with DSTV, the Ackermans Account is declined. The DSTV isssue is now paid up and been resolved, I do have a copy of same. Today I attempted to reapply for the Ackermans account via the Ackermans WhatsApp number. When doing so the consultant by the name of Madre advised me that I have app**** for a Pep account and unfortunately the application was declined. The only reason any of the applications are declined is due to the DSTV issue.

Please can this matter be rectified as this is ridiculous. Can Ackermans contact me soon please?
