ACKERMANS AND IUA

We found out after her death that our Mother had a policy with Ackermans and IUA .

We submitted ALL documents weeks ago, after they kept refusing to tell us who the beneficiary is on the policy because we did not know who it was.... Mind you, we only went there to close her account. They just called, telling us we need to add a different bank account on the claim form, mind you , we submitted the account confirmation letter of this estate account that we now suddenly need to write on the form, another thing? They now need to talk to the Dr who's details are on the Burial Order, I tell them to call Grey Hospital.... they say they did, but they are unable to reach the Dr... now how is this our problem? 😭

Guys? At this point, I want to tell them to just keep the money💔
