Ackermans accounts department is ***********

Ackermans accounts department is a joke!!!! I paid up and settled my account on 15 Aug 2023 and till today they have not closed my account,I got sent from pillar to post with no resolve. All I have asked is for Ackermans to to report that it is settled and paid up in my credit profile,is that so hard to do. A consultant by the name of Lyle,has promised me multiple times that it takes 21 working days to be processed but those days have long lapsed
