Ackerman's accounts

I am being called non stop by Ackerman's regarding my late mothers account, don't even know how they got my number. I have emailed them all the documents that they requested and now all of a sudden I'm lying because they talked to my mother just the other day while she passed on on in January. How is it possible to talked to the dead??
