Ackermans account takes a month to a year!

It seems this is the only time when I get a response. As emailing them, seems to get you no response. I just want to open an account - that has been dragging on for a week now. I want a response today! A final one!! Everytime they want more questions or ask for documents that was already sent!!!! I sent this documents the final time to ********** But lets face it, they will probably read this email next year!!! What a drag. How long does it take to open an account with Ackermans!!! 1 month maybe??
