Ackermans account

Hello I would like know how to re-apply for Ackermans account, cause the problem is I tried applying online since I knock off late at work, I click by mistake forgetting to upload proof of account. Now I tried contacting Ackermans to explain the matter abd I didn't get a proper answer. It just declined. When I went to one of the shops which I won't mention, that assistant said you must be a loyal Ackermans customer which I was confused cause I buy my kids clothes there I even do laybye there. Reason why I'm writing here I once saw a review thst was similar to mine. Please help I need an account
