ACKERMANS account application declined without a substantial reason

It appears Ackermans does not approve account applications from people that can afford it. I do not have a bad credit history nor a lack of funds, yet my account application was declined. I queried this on the Ackermans Whatsapp chat and I did not receive a valid reason for the rejected account application. I app**** at a different clothing retailer and my application was accepted immediately. I will never and I mean never support this clothing company again. I have always bought my growing kids clothes here, however, this is unacceptable.
