ACKERMANS ACARDIA SERVICE IS VERY POOR

Today I went to Ackermans Acadia in Pretoria . The service there is very very bad . I wanted to buy a cell phone cash, then they told me the person who is working with cell phones is on launch but will be back by 1:00 . I got there by 12:43 so didn't mind to wait . At 1:00 I went to the cell phone section again waited for 5 minutes again . Then i notice that they are now helping two people that were behind me. I kept quiet and thought they will help me after the help those people but still when my time come the sales lady that is was helping them says she is going on lunch and she even tells me she is not going to help me . I was very ****ed cause i wanted more that twenty minutes waiting to be assisted and now they are telling me stories that they are going on lunch again . Even the lady that told me that i must wait there is quiet not saying anything . worst part of it those people that they were assisting came to laybe the cell phones and i came to buy the phone cash . The services is very very poor i used to support ackermans so much but with this kind of services I wont support it anymore ,rather go to other shops to buy cell phone . I was even buying the cell phone for my mother for mothers day .After they call this other old lady to come assist but that old lady comes with an attitude again to assist a client . I immediately told her she can stop selling me the cell pone . I wont be services by someone with attitude . the staff there needs customer services training . Im a very patient person but the attitude i got there was the worst . ACKERMANS ACARDIA SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD .
