Ackermans

I write to you as a very disappointed South Africa of what I saw at Ackermans Towers in Selcourt, Nigel. I went to the store today 25/7/2023. Where I went to buy some few items only to realize at the till that the are phones on promotion. I then asked to purchase two phone which are on promotion. There was an Somalian man with two boxes purchasing the phone. I was advise if I need phones I must ask the Somalian man for those as all of the phones on promotion are his to buy. So I do not understand that I missed a sale just like that as the man refuses to give me two phone that was not even purchased as yet. Is this allowed is Ackermans now a wholesaler that only one customer is all to claim all the phones. The staff tried to assist me but the store manager Phumzile said all phone are his I cant help maybe try tomorrow. I am so disappointed it was C10 that was selling for R699 or R599 if I am not mistaken.
