Ackermans

Dear Sir/Madam I would like to find out what should I do to get the account settlement letter. I settled my account at ackermans which was handed over. However, I am struggling to get a settlement letter or to notify the lawyers about my settlement. I was given contacts by ackermans but there is no reply on all the contact given, I whatsApped and emailed, still no reply. Kindly someone assist me in this regard. I have been receiving phone calls previously before I made payments, However, after I settled the account I cant get hlod of the lawyers. Ackermans Please intervene so that the lawyers can be aware that I made payments.
