Ackermans

Good day Hellopeter. I bought a phone in Ackerman's Sunny park, Sunnyside in March 2024 and on the 21st of June it just stopped working just like that. I couldn't even switch it on. I took it back and they said they can't exchange or refund. They booked it for repair. They called me yesterday 28th of June and said my phone was fixed and I must come and collect it. Today the 29th of June, just a day after I collected it, it stopped working again. If I take it back they'll book it for repair. I'm so frustrated and I can't keep going back and forth because of this phone. All my info that was in the phone is gone because of the repairs. Please Hellopeter, help me.
