Ackermans

Good day I used to for work for ackermans About a month ago and more ago I send a copy of my id to Anita almost 3 weeks ago last week Thursday I did a follow up and she told me I need to send my id in a pdf format I did a follow up after week's Anita never told me anything if I didn't do a follow up was she ever going to let me know......I want to know wen my money is going to be in my account because the ID story is not my fault if Anita had to her job properly and email me they same day it would have been fine but I had to do a follow up after two weeks she never said anything And up to this morning I never heard anything back
