ACKERMANS
I have an installment problem with Ackermans. For almost a year now I have been paying more than what I should pay. But my installment stays the same. So after a week of battling with Ackermans they say that your Installment gets calculated on your highest installment and stays the same for a year after the first highest installment. No other retail companies have a policy like this. I am going to finish my account with Ackermans and they will never ever see me again. There is absolutely no one you can speak to that is willing to sort this out. My Installment on my account currently is R710, according to my calculations, interested and everything included, I am supposed to pay half of this amount.
