I have never dealt with a delinquent person called Freddy in my life, but i blame the company not to train or fami****ise their staff of a product. I bought a decoder for R799 and i was advised to call the number on the box to arrange installation, so i called Multichoice and they advice me that there should be a voucher in the box. So i need to call or sms so that they can come as the installer will require the voucher once he is done. So i called the store and advice that the is no voucher so Sylvester advice me he will need to ask his manager and he will revert back after 20 minutes as promised he does. He tell me to bring it back to the store and they will give me a new one with a voucher in it, then i get there i deal with Freddy who is so *********** i try to tell him the advice i got from Multichoice be he is arguing with me telling me i must go to the walking centre like helli will where is the convenience? So i told him to call the company the same **** i told him it the same thing he was told...so my question is why would you want to sell a product that you don't know about??? I took my money as you guys are stupid and i will go where they know their products.
