Ackermans 1281 Marikana Shopping Centre

Bought a phone on the 10th May 2023 and only started using it on the 15th May 2023. It was working just fine until the battery was low and had to charge it. That's when it wasn't able to switch on. Took it back to the store today the 22nd of May 2023 and another battery was inserted and it wasn't written Nokia and was still not working and they told me they have to book it and it takes 21 working days. So since it is not my problem, why am I not given another phone and had to wait for something I bought? This is nonsense!
