I took a phone at arckermans it is not even 12 months the phone was freezing I took the phone back to the store in Cape Town Golden Acre they said it will take 21 days up till this day I haven't received my phone I went to them they said I must wait for a call while I am waiting for a call my Foneyam account is not being payed meaning my account is accumulating interest that I will have to pay I am so disgusted and ****ed by their service people stop taking Ackerman's phones they are **** they are not working I am accumulating interest and they don't give a **** about my credit record.
