Ackerman s refused to refund

I bought pair of jeans return it the size was small given other side it was also small size went back to Ackerman's I was told they won't refund me I have bought new pair of jeans somewhere. I was told I don't have original receipt I told the manager where am I going to get original receipt because you have took it the first time when come back. They have kept my original receipt now I want refund I'm told to bring original receipt if not so I must buy something. I don't want anything from Ackerman's what I want is my money this happen ed on 05/02/3021 refused refund 18/02/2021
