Ackerman policies

Well i recently went to pay my account like I normally do at the Ackerman's at van der walt towers Pretoria CBD. I got my statement and to my surprise the are two family protection covers added on my account without my approval or knowledge. I did not authorise for policies being added on my account infact I always turn down every and any sales person when they try to sell me policies because I don't want them. I want them cancelled with emidiate effect and am not paying a cent for them. I want my my normal balance without the charges for the policies added. What a way to ruin my day.
