Ackerman N1 bad service

Bought a wildfire6 at Ackermans N1. About 7 weeks later the phone switched off and could not restart. Went in for repairs and was told it takes up to 21 days. Over 21 days now and have been at store couple of times and called also up to 15 times. Manager keep telling me she will call back. On 24 October 2024 she called and i missed call as i was in work. Tried calling the whole time with no response. According repairs company, phone was repaired and sent back already but Ackermans could not tell me where my phone was Regret not buying again at Game as i never ever had issues with them. The day i went in for repairs, another wildfire phone was booked in.. Strangely enough, policies have changed at shops regardless of consumer laws. Buying a phone now, most places do not have 7 day change phone or money back.
