Ackerman is exploiting consumers

Ackerman is exploiting and harrassing me after I paid all the balance that I owed them I had account with Ackerman's I paid all the balance and I asked them the settlement letter On November 2021 and on December they started to call and harrassing me, telling me that my account is on areas, Iam so upset cause I have settlement letter that states that I don't owe them any thing that is criminology and exploitation and violation of consumer rights, I reported this in consumer council
