Ackerman has the worst customer/accounts service

I app**** for an Ackermans card account a month ago. After receiving a card and application form in the post. I went with all the documents required to Ackerman at south gate mall. My application was sent through and I was told I recive an sms. 2 weeks later I recived no sms saying whether my application has been approved or declined. I went to the store more then 3 times they called head office and I keep getting told my application js pending I will receive an sms.

A month later I have received no sms at all. I sent an email to Ackerman and even a message on Facebook. I got an sms saying my documentation is insiffient and I must call in. I called in twice the first time a guy named Thabo dropped the phone on me. The second time a lady named forunte said my application is still pending and put my on through to another lane, which was not answered after staying on the line for over 10minutes.

I have never experienced such unprofessional in my life.

All I wanted was an sms to say it's been approved or declined.

Akermans is the worst honestly and it's bad for business because I am a potential client.
