Ackerman gateway sold me a used phone through Foni Yam

I'm so disappointed at Ackerman Gateway they sold me a used Samsung phone through Foniyami upgrade beginning of this month. I remember even telling the guy who brought the phone that he is not supposed to bring the phone already opened....the Bluetooth and the Samsung profile is already personalized the phone has clearly been used and the battery runs out really fast.
