Ackerman and Nokia

Bought a Nokia C10 at Ackerman in park meadows center, was assisted by Nkosi Ncube. The phone I bought its not working always having network problems. And they did not even tell me about the 07 day warrant, I went to log a complain at Ackerman but I wasn't assisted also, so I called their head office they contacted me back saying they will resolve my issue by Mr G Qwaba but when I called him for follow up he ignored my calls
