Ackamans

On the 29.11.2024 I was went to maponya mall ackamans to refund when I get to the door Nhlanhla the lady whose working in the so she was so rude together with the security I was even shocked 😮 how they shouted at me as if I've ****** something before I even tell them why I'm in the store

I bought clothes in town for R781 then I exchange others they took the original slip they gave me an exchange when I request for copy of the original slip they told me about store budget then I left so at maponya mall when I tell them what happened they didn't even bother to listen to me Andile nz the mgr I had to wait for her for 30 minutes on the door even her she didn't even try an means as mgr to found out about the slip she only said I CAN'T DO Refund now I've to spend other money again an go to other ackamans because of Poor customer service of mgrs please try to teach your mgr an stuff customer service ackamans at maponya mall service it's really annoying 😡😡😡
