I'm not happy with how Ackermans (tenacity account) operates, I bought a few items at Pep Parkdene Boulevard mall for R209.99 and my Credit availability was R5429 but when I finished paying it was R2223 . Please stop overcharging your customers and I was told by the shop manager that they can't help me because that is what appears on their system. Ackermans and pep please fix your mess. The name of the cashier who helped me was Khethiwe.
