account problems

Ackermans is robbing its clients, they put me on a funeral policy and when I need to add beneficiaries they keep telling me the people tasked with that are not available as a result I cancelled after it was deducting money from my account. I was promised that the money would be reversed back to my account that didn't happen. now I got an SMS saying that my account is owing where I haven't been using it for months.
