Account on ITC that do not get resolve

Good day

We have a problem with my son account LJ Strydom Ref LA***8

Attornets : Landau

Date :25 January 2021

Account was settle and on how many calls to them with the bad manners they every time handle it over the phone the matter is still on ITC

We spoke to them we phone them and just no attention. The attorneys also promise to resolve this in days well it is over a years and it still show and his credit get Bad of this.
