Account loaded on my credit profile
A while back app**** for credit with ackermans and was told that I qualify for R7500, and i need to send them my 3 months payslips. I did send them, only to be told that I have to then sent my bank statements. I told them that I don't have time for this ups and downs. I thought the matter was done. To my surprise today I went to my transunion profile only to find that I have an ackermans account with a credit limit of R7500. What I want to know is who is shopping with this, because I'm not. And if I cannot use it and have never signed the final documents I want it completely off my profile, like it has never been there, because I didn't even know I had it. Either you give me a card or it disappears from my record completely.

This is now ridiculous. Sort it out. I'm going to ombudsman Thursday if your account is still on my credit report.
