Account issues

I have an account with Ackermans I have been trying to get a sattlement on my account I have been passed over from agents to agents I even went to the store still I didn't get any assistance I've been trying to pay my account since January with no luck I was told at the store that my card is blocked I don't know why or how please help as this is affecting my credit score I can't do anything because of the company help.
