Account closure.

I have an account with Ackerman so during 2025 I found out that someone replaced my card and purchased things that worth R4500 with my account, I reported the incident and followed the procedure then paid the money I was owing excluding the R4500 that I didn’t know. Now I’m clueless whether my account has been closed or not because every time when I do enquiry at the shop they say I don’t have account with them but no one informed me that my account has been closed.
