Account closure

I paid my account in full an amount of R1043-29 on the 29th October 2015 through FNB Bank. I than went to the Kerk Street branch in Johannesburg on the 2nd ,6th,12th and the 18th and when the try to call collections department we kept on hold waiting for the collections department to answer for almost an hour.Even when I call them from my office line I will be kept on hold for hours .To my surprise the account was never closed and on top of that I am told the is a balance of R116.20 . I need the explanation how and why its not closed, the days are going by and they going to add interest.<br> I want my account closed, there service is so bad.<br> <br> Regards,<br> H.R.
