Account application

I am very disappointed with Ackermans. I tried to open an account, but my application was declined. It has been two months now, and every time I check, it still says I have a duplicate declined application. How long does it take before I can submit a new application? Do I really have to wait three months just to try again? Additionally, there are no details provided on why my application was declined, which is very frustrating.
