A purchased was done on my account without my consent and the cashier did not ask for authentication to insure that it was the account holder buying. Im not sure how the purchase went through cause my card was in my possession. The signature on the receipt proofs that it was someone else who did the purchase. The manager was very rude and swore at me when i asked for help in compensation since i was not responsible for the transaction. He even threatened me and told me he will deal with me after work hours. This happened at Village walk Ackermans 1143 kathu in Nothern Cape. I am very disappointed in how my matter was handled and therefore felt the need to write this review.
