Abusive management in the workplace

Dear Sir/ madam

I'm writing to report the abuse I experienced at Ackermans connect 3033 . I was subjected to emotional, physical, and spiritual abuse, creating a hostile work environment.

Specific incidents include verbal belittling, physical ************, disregard for my boundaries, and unwanted touching of my person without consent. These actions severely impacted my well-being,i have started to loose the interest in the company i ended up resigning.

He was always telling me to resign or show me vacancy so that i can go and i didn't have the power to report him cz the seniors favours him i know they will take his side.

I'm sending this with a very broken heart he once send me a message but will also attach it in the chat that i must come in the morning then we will just kiss,have *** and say good bye .

I didn't know who to report to but my colleagues knows about it cz it was not sitting well with me ,i was even afraid to go at the back while he's at the back cz he's always staring at me.

I request the company takes necessary actions to address this situation and ensure a safe environment for all employees
