Abused

I am so hurt and feel abused by the way I was treated at Ackermans...here 's the story..I went at Ackermans yesterday to exchange an item as I am the good customer and I have been supporting Ackermans..as I enter the store security said that I should take off the hood of my jacket I was like why? hence it was my first time hearing that when entering you should not wear hood however I refused because half of the staff were wearing doeks why should I take off my cap but they are wearing doeks also and it was cold and I told one of the staff member that. I had an operation so when it's cold I have to wear something on my head..okay fine I went to exchange got to the door..that's where I felt abused,embarrassed and felt no dignity when a security guy started confronting me and pointing fingers at me because I refused to take off the hood of my jacket that I was wearing...he started grabing me and forcingly taking off the hood of my jacket and threatening me that it was the last entering the store and that I will never enter that store again and telling me how ugly I am..please tell me is that the way that a person should be treated at Ackermans?we dealing with man abusing us woman in our homes,are we still going to go through that even in stores(Ackermans)?I wonder how many customers does that security chase away and abuse,who did not report this matter.I regret not taking a video just to expose him.
