A TOTAL *******F

Bought a Mobicel cellphone in June at Hennopspark centurion lifestyle center ! July I bought an SD card but the phone didn't want to read the SD card .I then the following day went back to Ackerman to ask if they can assist as they didn't not check it the first time when I bought it that if it could read the SD ,the same guy who assisted me the first time called Thabo tried and inserted the SD into my phone ! It did not pick up the SD then he even said "that it does not work "

I then told him that as he knows the reason why I bought this phone was to use it as my work phone ,what is the way forward ?He said he has to book it inn and send it to the manufacturer for them to repair it and send it back after , my only problem is that so long they fix it what do I use for my business and again why do I have to get a repaired phone when this is not my fault for ackerman did not check and make sure that they give me a 100% functioning phone .they gave me a faulty phone and now I have to be the one paying for the ******* I was given ! How is that customer service , because to me ,this is a ******* .
