A school pants 11-12 has the incorrect label 13-14 inside and the manager is not fit to manage

<p>The Manager of Athlone Ackermans need to get a job on the street . He firstly wanted to tell me what the problem was and didnt want to give me a hearing or even attempt to rectify clearly what is an error on the part of the supplier. My sister went and purchased my sons school clothes and them took it straight for alterations. I never noticed that the one pants has a lable of 13-14 but in actual fact is a 11- 12 so whose fault is it. Is it my duty as a customer to know that the incorrect label has been put on the clothing.
