I have been enquiring about getting Ackermans reward voucher/s. I have a reward card & have received a voucher before. When I log on online, it informs me that I qualify for a 5% cash back voucher for all purchases made in my birthday month & cash back vouchers are sent after each quarter. When I asked at the store (I've been there 3 times to find out), the staff don't know about it & they contacted customer care & gave me the phone. The person I spoke to said I won't be getting any voucher as I've already used the one I received earlier in the year ( it was from the previous quarter). I have made many purchases between July & September this year 2015, how can I not have any cash back vouchers & what about the 5% cash back applicable for my birthday month (my birthday was in August)????? Not impressed!!
