A horrible experience with a rude customer care telephone agent

I had a horrible experience today with one of Ackermans customer care tele agents. Her name is Somila/Somile on the 22/01/2023 at 09:43 am .

She was very rude, belittling and literally raising her voice at me as if I was a little child she was trying to scold. I am completely unimpressed, shocked and disappointed that this is the service we receive as Ackerman's customers.

She saw no fault in her actions, she did not apologize and proceeded to be condescending towards me. Ackermans has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I don't think I will be returning soon.
