A great service always

As a sale consultant i have never in my whole experience seen such service... M a frequent shopper at Ackermans Mall of the North nd each time i come there i come out smiling i had an incident where i could not get my laybye a certain person by the name of karabo helped me to get the laybye while the supervisor refused to give me the laybye... She apologized for his supervisor/manager... While she was getting the laybye my child got hurt she immediately got the first aid kit and cleaned my child... I went to the shop looking for her again but wen i got there she didn't recognize me i keept queit while she give me another good service i left the shop without telling her it was me the same week my mother come in with my brother she helped them pick a night dress with a matching sleepers she helped my mum fit them while my mum sits on a wheel chair...i could not believe just yesterday i was at the shop making a laybye for my daughter s winter clothes wen i got to the till still she didn't recognize me i keept quiet while she was busy with me with her bubbly smile she than later told me about the specials in the store then asked me to buy chocolate i laughed than i asked her if she remembed me she started laughing....to cut the long story short... Dear karabo thank you for the great service you keep on giving us with your laugh bubbly personality we appreciate you good work and keep it up thank you my dear.. God bless
