8 Working Days still no update on Click + Collect Order

Placed order Thurs Eight June, received email same day before Nine am saying order was collected from the warehouse & was on it's way to preferred click and collect destination.

No correspondence to date. Earlier today, I called customer care 5 times, each time someone cuts the call instead of answering even when the account queries dept tried to transfer my call.

On the tracking link they've sent, shipment update last Mon Twelve June but nothing updated since. It's been Eight working days & site says Five to Seven days.

I regret ordering online and more especially not reading through the complaints on this site as customers have not received click and collect items for Four weeks. How is that even possible that the service is so bad. Also, how does one return items within 30 days if necessary if they take so long to arrive.

I even sent an email. If I order from Cult Beauty in the U.K it would take the same amount of time as trying to get items from Pietermaritzburg.

Make it make sense...I ordered items from Cpt last Thurs Fifteen June & received yesterday despite last Friday being a public holiday.
