5 months of waiting for a service at Ackermans

I bought a phone Mobicel Titan in August at Ackermans in Westgate. The phone gave me problems a mnth after and I took it back to the store... I was told to leave it as it was gonna be sent for repairs and I did just that. I waited 3 full months without any response from them and I then decided to go back to the store December 2020 and only to find out that the phone was never sent for repairs, 3 mnths after!!. I understood and again I left it there. I am writing this review fuming because I bought the phone cause I really needed it but we are now in the month of February and they are still not saying anything about the phone being fixed... What kind of a **** service is that and honestly I've been more than being patient it's really getting into my nerves..
