I am so tired of this people. I selected my payment date for 28th f each month. I made payment in December and a whatsapp agent confirmed that I am up to date and that I have a credit of R205 now I received my statement that states I am still in arears. What incorrect information are you guys providing???

16 Jan 2024, 19:09How embarrassing, I went to the store with the credit amount I was advised I have and they declined me. December I made a payment of R372 which was the amount due and I specifically asked the idiot agent if there is anything else due he/she said no the account was up to date. You guys are just ****ing useless. Definitely closing this damn account because all I had was bad experiences with this damn company.
