24 - 48 Hours for a settlement letter.

I have requested a settlement letter on the 1st of December 2018 11:40. I need this letter urgently, but the only answer I get is 24 - 48 hours. My son is from Nelspruit in JHB to purchase a vehicle, and everything else is approve and we only need this letter to get the vehicle. I have phone three times already and I have been told 24-48 hours and it seems there is no other way to get this letter. This is really not acceptable. Not even by fax, it still stays 24 - 48 hours.
