24 48 72 hours later no settlement letter!!!

I settled my account on the 20 March 2024 I was told I will get my settlement letter with 24 hours we are 72 hours later and 3 phone calls to ackermans and still no letter.. 1st call very well but no letter 2nd call transfer me to the accounts then hung up 3rd call spoke to Jade Johannes who told me it would be with me in an hour it's 4 hours later. Why the lies?? Just send the letter. Really appalling service.
