21 days to repair brand new faulty cellphone

Bought a faulty Hisense cellphone from Ackermans, brand new phone that keeps shutting down and now have to wait 21 days to repair. I thought my phoneless problem was solved when I left the store with brand new cellphone only to return to the store with faulty phone and now sitting without a cellphone for 21 days. So basically I will have a brand new repaired cellphone.. Manufacturer's should focus less on pushing quantity and focus more on quality to avoid these issues. Very frustrating to be without a phone for such a long time..
