Bad service

We came to the shop to buy a phone, we where told that the person in charge went to lunch and left with the keys, no manager in the shop and no one was willing to call someone to attend to us. What must happen now, colleagues chatting to colleagues and no one is doing what is suppose to be done. What now?? This is not the first time I come to Ackermans Rustenburg mall and get the worse service.
